Bio

Candice Bostwick is a Jazz vocalist in the Washington DC area.  She is a multifaceted vocalist with an exuberant passion for singing and interpreting jazz and the blues.  Her early experience in music led her to be the lead singer in three rock bands, yet in the past few years, she has found her calling in jazz.  Candice is a soulful singer with impeccable phrasing.  She keeps her audience engaged with a great selection of songs. Candice has performed at Mid Atlantic Jazz Festival (MAJF17),  Alice’s Jazz and Cultural Society (AJACS),  Twins Jazz, The Carlyle Club, Blues Alley, Villian and Saint, the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown as part of the Art Soiree’s Living Room series, Mr Henry’s on Capitol Hill, ArtSpace Herndon and the Epicure Cafe in Fairfax.  She was featured in a tribute to Duke Ellington sharing the stage with Jose Andre. 

Joining Candice at the Mid Atlantic Jazz Festival this year will be Wayne Wilentz (piano), David Jernigan (bass), and Keith Butler, Jr. (drums).
