There’ll certainly be a joyful noise and some roof raising at the 2012 Mid Atlantic Jazz Festival. In what has become a MAJF tradition, our Sunday matinee will be devoted to the intersection where jazz meets gospel; in this case a jazz festival welcomes a sister music into its big tent. Gospel music will be richly represented Sunday afternoon, from classic to contemporary. (more…)
